350gms Gram flour
1cup Curd
1tsp Green Chillies paste
1tsp Ginger paste
Salt to taste
1tsp Soda bi-carb / Eno fruit salt
1 Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1tbsp Oil
1/3 cup Water
2 tbsp Sugar

Dhokla is a nutritious Indian food with a base of fermented chickpea batter and rice. It originates from the Gujarat region, though its popularity has spread throughout India.
