

Rosogolla it’s famous in Bengal. I’ts very famous cuisine of every bengali .I’ts very unique sweet dish and even in every occasion of bengali they prepare for everyone with their love and affection in it. I’ts something without which no happy event can be imagined in West Bengal. From starting from any occasion or even festival like famous festival of every bengali i.e; Durga Puja or any wedding , no other sweet is there which can replace these spongy sweet dish of bengali .from the sweetness of the menu .
ORIGINITY:
These sweet dish of bengali cuisine started from East India which is divided into two states : West Bengal and Odisha. However it is said that it was started by a man called ‘Nobin Chandra Das’ , who started a sweet shop in Jorashanko in 1864 who invented this sweet very famous cuisine of bengali i.e; ‘Rosogolla ‘ .
There are variations in this sweet cuisine of bengali .

Different types are :
Balaram Mullick and Radharam Mullick , famous all over across Kolkata .
Over time they grow very much and it spread all across the Kolkata . And they are served in all traditional festivals. ” If you want something fancy , the baked rosogolla from Balaram Mullick is great ,” says Banerjee .
WHAT IS ROSOGOLLA FAMOUS FOR ?
It has been traditionally offered as bhog to goddess Lakshmi at Jagannath Temple , Puri .
WHAT DOES ROSOGOLLA CONTAIN ?

Rasugulla is basically made of sugar and milk . And also most important in good proportionate or else it will get spoil . Basically they are using two different kinds of milk in making the Chenna . And you will be shocked by knowing the facts that from the cows milk the softness of rasogolla is very good for it . I’ts get very softness to it . And obviously it is lower in fat that is cow milk and as comparing with the buffallo milk it is very rich in fat means it is fully rich in fat and it is not good for anyone’s health .
